Location in theatre district and a block from Boston Common. The breakfast options at The Gallery restaurant were top notch. One of the best hotel breakfasts anywhere. Pet friendly.

Cons -

Overpriced for being 8/10. $--- for one night after all the fees and an average/mid room. No pool. Constantly waiting on elevators, perhaps not enough for number of rooms. Mandatory valet parking was outrageously expensive and took 30 minutes to get car.
The parking charge was a bit over the top.
The lobby was excessive loud, difficulty hearing the staff during check-in. Also didnÂ¿t realize there would be a $25 resort charge each day. Also our shower/tub didnÂ¿t work properly, tub wouldnÂ¿t hold water.
