- Had a family reunion at the Lincoln Parish Library Event Center. The hotel was across the street and they were willing to help with any problems that came up.
- Great location right off interstate, check-in smooth with wonderful lady(sorry didn't get name) - friendly, warm, enthusiastic and efficient. Room was clean, great bedding, large and comfortable with all the amenities. Good breakfast!

- Taxes.
- The elevator was not working! And all first floor rooms were taken already. I asked staff to assist me moving my luggage up 2 flights of stairs & they did & someone helped me get luggage back to first floor morning of departure also
