Cons -

Water pressure in our room was very low.
There was no soap to take a bath. The soap they had would not do the job. Icebox broken. Told to use the ice machine. The kitchen only had 2 pots. The bed pillow was small.
It was very noisy overnight. Also, I slipped on a bath mat they put in the tub to cover up the rust and hit my shin.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The desk attendant cleaned up some water I spilled on accident in the lobby. He was very nice about it.
