- The room cleanliness
- The rooms were spectacular. The parking opportunities were pathetic. To valet my car was going to be $50.00 a night so we had to park in the Hospital garage. REALLY????
- It was very clean
Cons -
- The hallways were the loudest I have ever experienced due to the floor being marble. The A/C was unreliable. I will not be returning. Not all of the TV channels were available.
- This hotel is absolutely not a 4-star hotel. It is more a 2.5 or 3 star at best. Very poor soundproofing. I could hear loud music and hallway noise all night. I would not recommend this hotel if you?re looking for a 4-star experience.
- The front desk telling us that there were amenities that were not true. They told us that there was a breakfast buffet but they forgot to mention it was in a sit down restaurant. Watching the Porter/Valet leaning on the front desk looking at his phone.
