- Cleanliness and room size - safety - Check in
_Check in staff ask for $55 incidentals deposit ( only credit card )_Service charge for breakfast buffet 20% (through your credit card when checked out) even you request only a glass of orange juice to serve at the table coz they don’t have any drink or juice at the breakfast line._same kind of food everyday and cheap quality _No hotel bathrobe._ Pillows are too soft , old and not high quality.

Hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful during the check in process. The room was a nice size, very cozy but the pillows and mattress were too firm for my liking….I tossed and turned almost all night trying to get comfortable. Overall the hotel was pretty good.

Great location and very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly
Plates for buffet breakfast dirty. On both days, we had to go through multiple plates to get to a clean one without food stuck to it. At $30 pp, we thought we should have clean plates to eat off of. Paid extra for room on high floor with balcony and got the 6th floor in a corner with view of roof on the 5tb floor. Would like a fridge in the room.

Beautiful hotel, great location
Refrigerator issue. Only fridge we had was stocked, I tried to move items out to fit my leftover food and got charged for the items

The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

I liked how central it is to everything and lots of things were walking distance. It’s a beautiful hotel.
I didn’t like housekeeping. I had to call several times to have my room cleaned. I never had this issue at other properties.

The property is in a Great location close to the Riverwalk & French Quarter. It is clean & well maintained. Staff both friendly & helpful. I would stay again when in New Orleans.
Only issue we prefer showers to tubs. But a plus if you have small kids.

The breakfast was excellent, very fresh and delicious. The location was great and safe. We could walk around at night, and luckily could see the parade on Thanksgiving day.
There were some surprised cost that I did not expect until I booked the hotel (parking fee) and arrived the hotel (service fee), and one time, my breakfast was overcharged. However, great service, cleaness, and location satisfied me in general.
