I stayed at this hotel for seven nights and had a good experience. The location is excellent and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the level of cleanliness was outstanding. I especially appreciated the view from the 15th floor.The fitness center, located on the 8th floor, is free to use and towels are provided. Breakfast was much appreciated, offering a good variety of food.The staff was always very friendly, kind and helpful.

Not annissue really as I didn’t use it, but I expected a somewhat larger and higher rooftop pool area. Also a door separating the toilet from the vanity area would be more useful for a married couple than a slider for the entire bath.

Great location, rooms with nice views, staff great.
The internet is awful. Besides having to pay 15$ per day if you're not a member (which I am), even the internet for members is spotty and fails often. For those traveling for work, this means you will be unable to keep up on basic tasks. For this reason, I would not recommend for business travelers. Additionally, the pool is small and run-down, so if you're selecting this hotel to be able to swim I would also suggest finding another location.

The hotel was excellent and the location was great!
When we first arrived the valet area was a mess. The employees were all very kind and apologetic. Hopefully some way can be resolved with the traffic/valet.

The location is perfect but not clear on how to get to the main entrance of the hotel via website and MapQuest. Great customer service and great view of the beautiful city. Perfect !!! Thank you!!!
