Location to the smoothie king center was amazing. Room was wonderful and comfortable. Breakfast was over the top good.
Was shocked to get off on the 12th floor to be overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana. Contacted desk and they quickly put fans in the hall but it took 24 hours for them to make a differance.

Rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable.
The need to change elevators to reach our room. one elevator to reach the lobby and change to another elevator to go to room.

I love this hotel—the location and excellent view of city! Breakfast was substantial and very delicious. There was such a variety of meats, fruit, yogurt, juices, etc.
The bathroom door has a weird latch thing that never closed all the way. There was a two inch gap. Pillows are flimsy, also.

The location was great. Best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had. Breakfast was definitely home cooked and you had numerous of choices. It was more like a breakfast buffet.

It was a beautiful hotel. Location was awesome, we hopped on the double decker bus and went right to the French Quarter!

Location is great. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff are pleasant and always professional and helpful. The cost is reasonable and includes breakfast. I have stayed there many times when visiting with my college student. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
There was nothing negative about this stay or the hotel in general. Very pleased.

Staff was friendly and helpfull. Location was near the event we attended. Full breakfast was a nice touch savings us time.
