The location was great. We attended a concert at the Orpheum and the hotel was a short walk from the venue.

Cons -

There was no early check in nor did I get my keys at the scheduled 4pm check in.
no coffee pot in the room, no desk or drawers for your clothes, no instructions on ordering food. It took more than 30 minutes to get my car from valet parking.
