- The free shuttle pickup from the airport was so nice! Also, they offered to take us to surrounding places - stores and restaurants - that was such a nice extra touch!

- The staff was horrible and they walked in my room without knocking
- I was hoping that they had a free breakfast, but they didn't. I was told by the others in my group that the in house restaurant offered a nice, reasonably priced breakfast.
- Management was extraordinary difficult
