The location was good, close to the event that I was there for.

very run down
We were allowed to see the room after check in and were givin 30 minutes to decide if we would stay, we immediately went back to front desk for a refund, we also asked the clerk to cancel our 6/2 visit in a week from then, he said he took care of it.
The hotel was filthy the rooms reeked of alcohol beds looked unclean and completely made toilet fell off the toilet no towels in the rooms floor vacuumed totally unacceptable. I could not even stay the first night. I checked out the next day.

The location was good, close to the event that I was there for.

The cleanliness of the room in general, and the bathroom in particular left quite a bit to be desired. The furniture was in pretty poor condition, and there were no phones in the rooms.
