Location was good. Restaurant was fantastic. Staff were friendly. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but okay. Loved the refillable water bottle and the water fountain right outside our room. My bill through booking was hundreds off from what I would have paid calling the hotel to book. I learned my lesson here.

Great location. The staff are amazingly friendly and super responsive; the place has a museum with very interesting pieces; I was only for two nights but room itself was always clean, and super comfortable.

Location is perfect. Food and entertainment is just walking distance away. This is our favorite hotel to stay when we come to Louisville. Staff is always super friendly.
The only thing I would say are the prices of drinks at the bar. Prices are expensive compared to other hotels.

The location is great right near everything. The museum was neat but a little overwhelming in politics.
Would have been nice to have had some softer sheets, towels and matress.
