My entire stay was as expected. I have high expectations and I was happy with the hotel.
Im sure I could have order one but a waffle maker for the buffet would be nice.

Location and the coffee and the staff. The breakfast was great. Spacious rooms.
The toilet water pressure seemed not sufficient for one flush.

Very clean, very professional staff. Excellent location located downtown within walking distance to everything downtown.
Setting in rooms was not comfortable, especially with those with back issues. Recliners upon request would help in this.

The property is well located and overall clean but the room had a very strong smell of mildew which is probably due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom. There is no way to ventilate the room, no opening to the outside so it was very stuffy and felt gross.

Convenience of location . Room very comfortable.
The Bathroom doors in our room appeared to be installed backwards making it difficult to close the door when needing privacy.

The convenience of the location and the staff were great. However, the room temperature was very warm no matter the thermostat setting. There were also very few parking spots in the parking garage which made it difficult. Also, the value of the room versus what you get is not great. You pay the money for the room based on the location only.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and great location.
It was extremely hot in our room which made it difficult to sleep but the staff provided us with a box fan that didn’t help much but they tried!
