- The staff in the office was very kind and helpful.

- It smelled like mildew, was none too clean, and there was a very strange looking bug next to bed.
- The staff are rude I stayed for a month they never offered to tidy the room I had to beg for towels the were never clean and never emptied trash outside bags of trash were on every corner
- The cleanliness was below average. The carpet had multiple stains, counter in kitchenette had black oil on it, the cabinet door hinges were broken, the desk chair had sticky splatters on it, and the drawers of the dresser had alot of dirt in them.
