Comfort Inn & Suites Lexington - Hamburg I-75

Nice place to stay. Staff were friendly and nice to talk with. Plenty of parking. Clean inside and out.

The locks on the doors to the rooms are Extremely easy to lock you out. Had to take the lock in the up position to keep it from happening. Didn't like having to get the front desk to come and use the master to unlock 3 times.

Room was large and very clean and comfortable bed was so comfortable I cold stay in it

Fridge didn't get cold enough to keep the drinks cold my room was placed in front of elevator was very noisy ?

Beautiful hotel

There was no light in the elevator

Great place to stay very affordable too. Definitely would use agin when in the area.

The beds and the rooms where clean.

The bathroom floor flooded in the shower, the shower was stained brown on the bottom and needed to be scrubbed good, the pool was the same way it needed a good scrub down, and I was only provided with 2 towels in my room. The pool smelled like straight chlorine, and the gym equipment was so old it felt like it was going to collapse while standing on it, and walking around outside it was just bums begging for money.

It was a great location, very easy to find.

Our room was on the highway side of the building so the traffic noise was a little annoying.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast is pretty decent for a free meal and much better than most that I have been to. One day they had small egg and cheese onelettes, just egg and cheese but they went well with the sausage links. I wish they had these every morning. Other days it was just fried eggs and sausage. Overall I felt much safer staying here than at the Super 8 down the road.

The air unit in our room (room 212) did not work very well during the day. Woke up sweating each day. Adjusting the thermostat sometimes got it working better but not much. At night it would freeze you put though.

Breakfast was okay. I usually do Decaf coffee and the one available was cold. But there was a microwave and i was able to heat it up. Location is great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool is a good size.

There was no air ventilation and it felt very humid. Towels weren't replaced as I had requested with the front desk in any of the days that i was there. The garbage was never picked up, I asked the staff if I could put it outside my door and they said yes, I went back to the room to take it out and they did take it from the hallway.
