The facilities were very nice. The people were very nice The location of the hotel was very nice.
There was a problem with the switching rooms.The first room, the bathroom had a clogged toilet And they were not for sure they could change us because we booked through booking.com. But the lady went ahead and gave us a new room. Also, when he first got there, they said we had not paid for our room but booking.com showed us that we had paid and the money had been taken out of our checking accounts. That was almost a problem but they went ahead and issued the keys to us.

Spacious, comfortable room,great location, and super clean. Small hotel that never felt crowded.
Apparently, they have a shortage of towels. Breakfast was just ok. Manager's reception only on Wednesdays. Apparently, they go down to a skeleton crew on holidays. I love that they want to take care of their crew...but this is a hotel! In some industries, it's just not prudent to do that. They were very kind and apologized for it, but we didn't get toilet paper all weekend, and we were never given more than two towels.

For the most part, the hotel itself was nice. Everything was as described.
The lady who checked us in was extremely rude. The bed sunk in in the middle, so it was just like a big sinkhole in the bed. And they have one person working the entire breakfast buffet, who is super nice, but there was never any food out.

I love how close to the highway it was. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and well designed. Great basketball court.
There wasn’t an indoor pool. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. Both phones in the room did not work.

Clean and nice rooms
Our vehicle was broken in to overnight as well as 2 others!!! Busted the drivers side window out. Hotel staff seemed kinda bland on the situation. Never offered a refund or nothing like that. I will never stay there again.

Location. Breakfast was good. Great outdoor area. Convenient location off the Interstate with lots of shopping & restaurants close by.
Parking did not seem adequate for the size of the hotel. Some areas of the parking were a little dim.
