Best Western Hopkinsville KY

Pros +

• GOOD Affordable hotel. very clean. Second time I've stayed at this hotel in past couple of months
• The hotel very clean, rooms recently renovated & appeared in good shape. My wife & I spent three nights at this hotel. We were helping our son relocate to Ft. Campbell. It's a basic hotel, but that's OK I just needed a place to sleep. Full breakfast
• I liked the hard surface floors; no carpet to hold dirt or odors. Room was clean, fresh and new. Air conditioning worked great. Shower had high pressure and hot water. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Price was excellent.

Cons -

• I would have liked turkey sausage instead of pork. The television in the lobby was not tuned in to a channel. They are gutting out the first floor for renovations, but they do advise quests where to walk to avoid seeing it. Would definitely stay again.
• I did not like the voice nor the roaches.i did not like the fact that 7 days later I have still not received my refund. I called to complain and the desk clerk told me that if she was the manager she would have not refunded my money.
• Access to hotel by back door could allow anyone access. Regular, not instant oatmeal is preferred. I understand it could also be wasteful.
