Reception was very helpful and got us new rooms when the first two were not acceptable (cigarette smoke smell in first hallway, second room had not been made up). Laundry facilities worked well and were good addition. Mattress comfortable, room temp easy to regulate, decent shower.

No breakfast. Have to pay to have access to kitchen tools. Towels were clean but dingy, need a good bleaching. Microwave is tiny. Vague smell of weed in stairwells and lobby.

Large room, comfortable beds, quiet. Good location. Meijer right there. Air conditioning worked well. Not a vacation hotel, really for people there for work.

No soap, shampoo and only 2 towel sets, we had 5 people. When asking for more towels told trade in dirty or a fee for more. Didn't realize no breakfast because of kitchen in room. Only thing in room extra was 2 plastic cups. Luckily Meijer right there so we bought silverware, plates, bowls, toilet paper and breakfast items. No pool.

Jill at the front desk was great! She was friendly, helpful and kind, definitely the best part of the hotel. When I talked to her about the odor in the room she provided Fabreeze and an electric air purifier, which helped a lot. Beds were comfortable. Having a full fridge and freezer was helpful. Hotel was quiet. Room was clean.

Room had a bad smell. We initially thought it was cigarette smoke, staff said they think it was from the fairly new paint. Breakfast was lackluster (packaged muffins and granola bars, instant oatmeal). Kitchen cabinet was broken. Full kitchen, but no dishes, silverware or pans.
