- The location is easy to get to from downtown Cincinnati.
- Very nice furniture, wallpaper, etc. Staff was great too.

Cons -
- Upon arriving at the hotel, I learned the hotel had cancelled my reservation with no notice or communication to me. The staff was slow to rebook or provide help when the showerwash was empty. The shower doors were stuck and didn't close.
- The floorboards in the ceiling above us made loud creaking sounds every time someone took a step in the room above ours. The faucet for the shower leaked. The doors also had minimal noise cancellation, so we heard every small child and person out there.
- Wish I would?ve known they was in middle of remodel. We used stairs from third floor because was closer to our car I have picture of trash is corners carpet needed vacuum. Asked what part of lot was closest to room she directed us to opposite side
