Clean ,wll maintained look. Easy to get to and good safe parking .

Nothing breakfast, and the nut a floor above me , evidently repeating thumps on the floor for hours Complained to the management, it stopped for five minutes then started again.

Location was good. Gazabo was nice. Room was clean

Lobby was not marked becase it was in the gym / Laundry room. Access door lock was broken and forced me to get help to get inside and there was no were to sit. But who would of wanted to sit in there and drink a morning cup of coffee. I expected a lobby with coffee, TV table and chairs, maybe more comfortable chairs.

The best value I've seen near an airport. Great location. Clean and fully functional room. Near everything for a short stay.

Spacious clean rooms. Crisp clean linens. Recliner chair. Plenty of soap, shampoo. Real utensils, glass cups, ceramic mugs. Hotel rooms smelled fresha, and comfortable set air temps.

Handicap room but no bench to sit on in shower, phone did not work, recliner chair legs did not elevate up stayed very low.

It was a decent location. Well lit at night. The staff was fantastic imo.

My room had a stink to it. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. That is the ONLY issue I had with this place. Everything else was fantastic.

Room was spacious.

The door to get in the building doesn’t work with the key card. So you have to bang on the window for someone to let you in. The staff member was cussing and saying he couldn’t hear us and that “ shit happens” We stood out there for about 10 minutes before we were let in. The tv didn’t work in the room at all, The shower head was placed oddly in the shower that it got the entire floor wet and you had to be bent weird to even get a shower.There is no “ snack bar” and the coffee machine doesn’t work.

Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were clean, albeit a bit dated. The location was good for where we needed to be the next day, but that area of Wichita is a bit rough. I could tell Sonesta did what they could to mitigate this issue, and I didn't feel unsafe during my stay. Overall, it is an impeccable value for what you get.

It's near a rough part of town. The rooms could use some renovation.
