The young girl is really friendly, very patient. I didnt catch her name, but anytime i travel to wichita shes the one who always checks me in. This Hotel is always my choice when i stay In wichita ks, The first time i stayed here i was extreamly pleased! It has been my choice each time i stay there and i am still very pleased, I love how comforable the beds are hands down the best beds i have ever slept on in any hotel that i have been at. The room and RR is very clean. I have stayed here 4 times and it hasnt dissapointed me at all any of the times.
Only thing i would say would be the check out. It would of been nicer if checkout would be at 12:00pm instead of 11am.

Room was spacious and comfortable
The area was industrial, and with abandoned buildings nearby. Traveling alone I felt safe in my room but not coming and going from it.

It was a decent location and stay for our needs, room and property we're generally clean. Breakfast was mostly stocked (ran out of forks one day).
We were woken repeatedly on two of the nights by loud banging, screaming and all around partying. It was so bad our last night that the actual Wichita police were called and were banging on the door of the room in question at 11:30 at night. We had our son with a disability staying with us as well.

Stay was great. Price was good. Staff was kind. Rooms were clean. We got new towels the next day with out asking. AMAZING!!

Room was clean, comfortable, and pretty quiet.
Breakfast options weren’t as good as other Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed at, and coffee pot was empty.

I thought the hotel was in a great location, very cozy and the breakfast was very good! will definitely stay again. I also did enjoy that the pool was open and we were able to get some use out of it. overall great hotel.
There was not anything that i felt was wrong with the hotel.
