- Bugs. Need new mattresses. No Personnel you had to go across the street to the other hotel to check in and out.
- The hotel was fine. The staff was not good this time. At check in we did not get the room we ordered because they said it had not been cleaned. That is inexcusable! Then they gave us a room that was not cleaned at all. We got a room finally after a couple
