- The manager made sure to correct the front desk employee?s mistake
- I love the layout, the location and the amenities
- The first room smelled moldy so we went back to the desk and they got us another room that was good for us. Very thankful for that. The room was fairly clean and free of insect/bugs had everything we needed.
Cons -
- I was charged again by the front desk employee. The room had smelled bad, the window was left open, there were stains on the carpet and it was in a bad area.
- The ice maker wasn't working nor was the A.C. in this unit
- Sheets seemed clean but there were a couple of spots on them that were questionable? We kept kicking the metal bed frame. After a hole it just became comedic.
