Beds were very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, it was wonderful !!

I was close to my son's college campus.

The room was dated and had dirty living room furniture. The bedspread was stained and the shower head had mold. The shower drain was slow and caused the water to back up into the tub. The pictures on the website did not match what the reality of the room was. We only stayed one out of three nights, partly due to the snowstorm which would have delayed our travel back home and the lack of cleanliness in the room.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I let them know of the multiple areas of concern in my room that I hoped would be addressed before the next guest, they offered to reimburse me for one night's stay, which was very appreciated.

I checked in at 9:30pm, with an early morning conference the next day. The first room I was given had hair all over the bathroom floor. I tried another room, and it had less hair, but still hair on the bathroom floor...But it was after 10:00 pm at this point, and I was exhausted, so I decided to roll with it. The mattress was sagging, visibly. And I slept very poorly both nights. The next morning I got up to get ready and the outlet by the sink did not work, as well as the light fixture had bulbs burnt out. It was very difficult to get ready for the conference. When I came home from the conference on day 1, there was a dead bug on the floor. The second morning, there was a second dead bug on the floor.
