- The staff (one person I saw) was excellent!!!
- The front desk clerk was super nice.
Cons -
- This was a nightmare experience. We were exposed to bed bugs and the room was filthy. The room we were moved to after reporting the bed bugs was also filthy.
- Was very disgusting and had bed bugs got bit up my back my arm my side and my neck!
- refinished surface on the tub/shower unit was chipping away in one small place -- a very minor concern & no problem at all for me.
