Location on the main road just outside Wabash. It was cheap is about the only good thing
The price was low and it was close to our destination.

Cons -

Not clean overall. Dirt on bedroom floor and bath. Stains on sheets.bath tiles were dirty, grout was missing and grungy.Tub was dirty. No way I would use the tub or shower.
The room was bare bones. No Kleenex. The sheets felt like sandpaper. The AC was like an airplane taking off every time it went on. There were people outside our door at 3 AM getting in and out of their car, beeping the horn, talking. It was a nightmare.
Wasn't well supplies, only had a partial roll of toilet paper and no replacement roll in the room.
