- They are remodeling part of the hotel. I was put in a room in that area. It was dirty and falling apart. It smelled strong of smoke when the heater was on. I was so disgusted I could not stay the night.
- All the construction. Without warning. I have a 8 month old an three year old daughter
- I had to pass many rooms under construction to get to mine. Other guests seemed sketchy. I did not feel safe and so didn't sleep well.
