The location. Cleanliness and staff.
The price.
That motel was so scary it was like something out of a horror movie. It was very filthy. I didn?t even get to the room to go into it. There was dog poop on the hallway. walls were dirty. It smelled like pee and poop all throughout the hallway. Just Gross

Cons -

The room they gave me had poop floating in the toilet. Toilet tank lid was sitting across the toilet seat.
It was so bad in that hotel I tried to open my door but turned around and got lost trying to get out of that place. I ran through the back door and got in my car and went to a hotel across the street. I need a refund, and I?m trying the BBB
Damage everywhere. The place reeked of cigarette smoke and bleach. Our eyes were stinging. Incredibly dirty.
