- Location
- When I first arrived I didn't like my room the hotel desk clerk gave me another room and it was perfect , clean spaces bed was comfortable I just loved it
- one the pool and spa were not working
Cons -
- We were forced to give a deposit, even though the room was paid for. When I went to check out, the clerk went to the room to check that nothing was stolen. He had the nerve to complain that my make-up stained the pillow. Very disrespectful.
- The pool was being maintenanced. The floors were VERY filthy. My white socks (that I've had for a couple of years) were black on the bottom. They've never been that dirty. The breakfast was CONSTANTLY out. I went 4 different times, and no breakfast.
- The sheets were dirty. The bed was so uncomfortable and you could hear the springs every time you moved. The shower was dirty and small.
