- Nice staff, comfortable clean room, hot breakfast nice.
- For the age of the hotel, it was clean
- Very nice place. Look like it might have been recently remodeled. Already made reservations for late June. Wouldn't even think about staying any place else in martinsville.
Cons -
- Will not return phone calls regarding refund for Oct. 7 . We will never use best western again!
- There were a couple of nasty insects crawling in and out of the door trim in the bathroom.
