Pros +

  • The restaurant was fantastic. Our hotel price came with a free breakfast. We expected it to be the same type you get at all the other breakfast included hotels, but this one had a little bistro and the breakfast was quick and tasted very good.
  • The staff was really kind terrific and helped me make a room change upon arrival. She went above and beyond helping me move my things and ensuring I was happy.
  • No complaints. Nicely maintained and clean.

Cons -

  • I think having a couch in a hotel room is gross. Who knows what is on that piece of furniture. The room was laid out nice, but aged. Had to hold the toilet handle down to flush, stain on the bedspread. Very quiet rooms though and bed was comfortable.
  • My first room smelled of mildew and the carpet felt damp. I also found trash under the sofa bed when I went to make the bed. AND in both rooms (I moved to an upper floor room that was much better) there was not sufficient bedding for the sofa bed.
  • Shower leaking water Room HVAC not working properly; EXTREMELY loud Definitely not a 3 star or 8 ranked hotel.
