That was very friendly and helpful the hotel was spotless. Very easy to navigate around the hotel signs are up telling you where to go. The room is very nice very clean. I would definitely come back here in the future.

The location is good, rooms are clean, and nice.

The people in front desk and the manager was horrible with me and they laid about how much they going to charge, I ask several times just to make sure the price was the same as booking reservation, because I had the price in my pre reservation. And at front desk the person in turn told me it was the correct amount and at the end of the they she charged 30 dollars more. And she tray to contact her manager but the manager scrim to me and at the and of the day she didn’t help me.

The location was great

The elevator buttons didn’t work. One of the elevators skipped the 2nd floor every time. You had to wait for the other elevator or take the stairs. The heater in the pool was broken so both the pool and hot tub were 60 degrees. Parts smelled like pot. Doors took a lot of trial and error to get them to work with key cards

Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and sociable. Pool area was nice. Nice choice of breakfast foods as well.

Parking lot was bit cramped but other than that no real areas of concern.

The location was great, close to pretty much everything in the downtown area.

Convenient to Lucas Oil Stadium. Easy parking next to hotel.

The Hot Tub and Pool are amazing. Good breakfast both days too. Great Location

A little pricey but still worth it

Staff was friendly and polite. Shower was excellent with pressure/temperature.

Coffee pot in room was dusty and likely not used in many months and should have replaced. Bathroom sink drained very slowly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Kandra ( front desk) and unfortunately I can't remember the other guys'name at the front desk. The breakfast had a variety of items to choose from. The location was great.

The view from our room was on the side of the parking garage.( Not a deal breaker just a disappointment ).The parking fee was unnecessary in my opinion because we never parked in the garage, there was plenty of parking in the back of the hotel. The room itself needs some updating especially the bathroom and the stained couch. We didn't seem very safe to walk in the area which we wanted to be close to walk to the canal.
