- Staff was great. Secure location.

Cons -
- I had a desk with no lamp on it. There were no lamps in room, just wall mounted lights. Also if you have shampoo (I'm bald) why not have lotion too.
- There was no coffee pot in the room, then when I got one it didn't work. Coffee offered downstairs was limited hours and out half the time. There were no hangers, no luggage rack, the drawers were dirty.
- Our ¿non-smoking¿ room was terrible with smoke smell. They gave us some spray that was ineffective. We had to sleep with the window open in December in Indianapolis. They did apologize and we knew they were sold out but nothing else was done for us.
