  • My room was not clean (vacuumed). The restroom was not clean. They left one towel with two face towels. I had to use the towel to clean the restroom. I asked for vacuum to actually vacuumed my room but was not given.
  • The sheets in the room were questionable if they were washed. They did not smell clean and there were some marks on them that may not have been a stain Also the carpet throughout the hotel was very dirty
