We stayed for just a night for a concert. The room was clean.
The outlets didn’t work and our tv wouldn’t turn on. We asked the front desk and they said it was because of the amount of people staying that night. They said the tv wasn’t getting signal. We payed about triple what a normal night would cost. I feel like if you are going to upcharge like that we should at least have a working tv.

Nothing. Extremely disappointing. No hot water, TV barely worked with no signal most of time. Heater/AC intermittently worked. Windows covered with paper due to painting. Room dirty, there 2 days did not clean our room, not even fresh towels. Ice machine didn’t work on 2nd floor, I’m 70 years old and it was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had. Inexcusable. Will never stay there again.

The staff was welcoming & helpful.
The room next to us had their t.v. Blaring from 8:00-8:00 am. It was so loud & obnoxious that not I or my kids slept. Everyone was up all night & very irritable the next day. Then, ppl used the waffle maker on repeat for 20 ppl who weren't down there.

Breakfast was amazing the staff was amazing..the pool and pool area was very clean..staff helpful and educated on the area and. Near by areas to visit for shopping and dinner.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly.
Our room was labeled as a no smoking room, but it smelled terrible of cigarette smoke. It was awful and we smelled terrible. The pool was so bad. It was foggy and you couldn¿t even see your feet at the bottom. We would not stay here again.
