Crowne Plaza Indianapolis-Airport By IHG

The hotel was beautiful. I liked my atrium balcony. The bed & pillows were nice. The lounge & food were really good and I liked the 24 hour Marketplace. You even had contact solution that I forgot! This would be a great place for a wedding.

My room was hot and had a strong musty smell. I opened my balcony door and turned the heat all the down, which helped a little. The bathroom was tiny.

Great location near the airport. Free shuttle service was a bonus. Large and comfortable room

The cleanliness of the room and layout was very nice and despite being on the property of the airport, the sound was completely blocked out and I could sleep nicely. The hotel was clean and spacious.

The bathroom sink was backed up and no matter how long I waited, it never drained out. Thus, the water I used to shave in and brush my teeth in remained all night long and never drained. Aside from that, my stay was great.

The staff were excellent. The hotel was great. Comfortable well appointed rooms. Very clean. Also appreciated the grab and go.

The Aircon was noisy

The location of the property to the airport is excellent. They have a shuttle that will take you to the airport. You can also leave your car there and they will shuttle you back to it when your flight returns for a small fee. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Location was great

Checkout was at 12pm and house keeping woke us up at 8:45am. When we arrived a little after 11pm the lady at the front desk was not very hospitable and failed to give us our breakfast vouchers which were included with our stay. Received a bill for breakfast and had to email the hotel manager to get this fixed.

We traveled to stay here for Taylor Swift coming to town, the hotel had a special swiftie breakfast and dinner set up. We was so shocked. The hotel was very nice and well maintained and we felt very safe and comfortable. They also had a grand piano in the lobby and someone in my group plays and they allowed us to use it and it was lovely!

I have no complaints. If we ever travel back to the area we will book there again

The rooms were cool, quiet, clean and comfortable, The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating. The hotel restaurant was top notch for both breakfast and dinner options. They had a shop near the reception where you can purchase ready-made meals for very decent prices. This helped a lot when you need something to grab and go because there's really nothing around the hotel itself.

The hotel location felt isolating and if you don't drive you have to rely on cabs. Being close to the airport, I thought it would be easy to get an uber but sometimes I had to wait 30 minutes to find one. I had to travel back and forth from the hotel everyday, though the ride itself was short (approx 11-15 minutes), the wait times to get an uber can take longer than expected.

Great place to stay. Close enough to downtown to get anywhere in a reasonable time but still quiet. Even with the occasional plane landing.
