Good location

Not a good place for family

Location was good.

Room was not good at all.. Wash basin, bath tub was very poor quality.. AC was making lot of noise.. It was mistake to book it to save some money..

Wish I could review my stay however the hotel conducted what I would consider a scam. I booked through booking.com months in advance and was confirmed. A few weeks ago a manager called me and stated this location was under renovation and I was being moved, provided address and confirmation number. I arrived to the given location and was told I did not have a reservation and rooms were full. I was told to check a third location and told both no reservation and the confirmation number was not valid. I contacted customer support and they could not find my booking..then found it but told me it had been cancelled, I was not informed of this and did not cancel it. then when asked to help me find a room in town they found one room at this hotel....the original one I was told was moving me. The room was booked before they could take me...at a higher rate than I booked. I went to this went to this location in person after deciding to book a new hotel for hundreds more and was told again I had no room and left my information and confirmation with the desk as there wa no manager there. I contacted booking.com and they reported I did have an active reservation. They contacted the SAME hotel and person who told me l had no room and they informed booking I did have a room and was a no show. I have since been charged $255 for a fee. I do haven a claim open with the company and if not resolved may seek further action as this is at best basic sloppy work on every party's part and at worst this hotel just outright running scams. I have read one other report of this at the same location since this occurred to me. It cost time and money for myself and my group; the staff clearly were dishonest about my booking to likely book someone else for a higher rate. I've traveled often and never had such an experience.

Breakfast was old bars and muffins. Location was good.

The manager made us wait 20 minutes before helping us. Then was extremely rude when talking to us. Beds are uncomfortable, super thin sheet and blankets. The pillows were awful. The air conditioner one didn't work the other kept shutting off. Holes every where,dirty,bathroom door was broke. Very disappointed.

Location was great

Smelled like smoke , water damage in bathroom, tiles peeling up next to tub. Stains on carpet and dirt around the appliances. Crumbs in bed cover upon entry to room

Nothing, would not recommend staying this Hotel.

Hallways haven't been cleaned for probably years. Smell is awful. There is trash all over. Staff is friendly, but we need more than that!

The room was clean

Room wasnt ready at 3:30pm. Had to wait until after 4 to check in. The front desk girl acted like I was bothering her. Then they tried to keep my security deposit.

The location was perfect

The tub was peeling and the shower had duct tape over where the soap tray was ripped off the shower wall

The location and outside was nice. Air conditioning was good in the room.

When walking in the room you were hit with a musty/moldy smell. On of the main switches was broken. The carpet was stained. The bathroom vent was dusty/discusting. The floor was peeling away from the bath tub to where you could see a dark dirty mold color. The tub way flacking its outer layer, when stepping in the tub you felt like it was gonna give so you had to step on the sides instead of the middle. The walls you could tell instead of repairs they kept putting a fresh coat of paint in the bathroom. The blankets was made of a cheap thin substance. Felt like you was covered with a thin sheet. The air conditioning fan made a squeaky sound. The "free breakfast" was a joke. Just bagged oatmeal and old bad coffee. The hallway had massive wet stain on the floor, had to walk around it to get to the side door down the hall. The side door was broken to where anyone could come in. The room was not worth the 2 night stay of $412. Want to double check this review? Go to room 123 and see for yourself. I will not be back.
