Beds were very comfy. Location great.
Didn't get lots of sleep cause of noisy girls two rooms down. Pool room was very warm but water very cold. Tried ordering breakfast but no one was there right at 7 when they opened.

Front desk staff was pleasant, and check-in was easy. Room had to be changed out due to wet carpet due to AC cleaning, but the front desk was aware and made the change before I went to the room.
Parking and finding room was confusing. Walked past one door that appeared to have the deadbolt kicked in and was awaiting repair. This did not inspire confidence in safety. Toilet was backed up when I arrived at the room.

Location is great
The spaces were clean and it smelled nice. Otherwise: small room, very small bathroom vanity area, flat pillows, extremely small fridge, thin walls, VERY annoying green lights on the smoke detector(?) blinking 24 hours a day above the beds that will certainly keep you up at night, no continental breakfast-not even coffee-everything had to be purchased via the pricey bistro, very cold pool without towels available in the pool area. It's overall not a good value for the cost. I wouldn't return, especially with kids.

very clean rooms. Excellent showers, good decor and layout. good use of power outlets and desks. Larger than normal refrigerator
Not enough soap bars available. No complimentary breakfast (had to buy all of my own food). Very expensive bar. No concierge service or kiosk for those not familiar with the area. Parking needs work. get the entrance fixed quickly with signs on the doors for patrons to see where they can park and come in.

Room was clean and big, had extras that were nice, microwave, fridge, provided extra towels when requested, staff helpful.
Just a matter of personal preference issues, toilet paper was rough, the pillows weren't comfortable, bed was hard, but my daughter liked the bed and pillows.

Very clean rooms. Shower was excellent. We have stayed with you before and were always pleased. Staff is very knowledgeable. A little mix-up with billing which we believe has been resolved
