Near attractions and walkable. The staff were all very friendly. Loved the holiday themed bar! Lobby was warm and welcoming, decorated festively!
This is outside of many’s control but renovations were going on which made things a bit inconvenient.

We came in for the BOA grand nationals band competition. The staff was friendly and checked us in quickly. The hotel is connected to the convention center and made it easy to walk around. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.
We would have liked a microwave in our room. The hotel does provide a refrigerator. It would be nice to be able to reheat food for later. They do provide microwaves but at designated locations. It's a little inconvenient.

We were able to walk to Lucas Oil Stadium and all the attractions and restaurants we visited during our stay. It is an excellent location.
Parking was quite pricey and the beds were more firm than I’d like.

Elevators were having issues. However repairs were made quickly

Very nice facility. Well kept. Great location / close to lots of restaurant options.
The front entrance/driveway was being worked on and it was difficult getting out.

Location was great for my needs. Did have some hall noise but these days people are amazingly rude and entitled.
Requested late checkout due to competing in a long distance race. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 11:10 am. Didn’t even get to shower. Expressed my displeasure to the front desk with no response . Will probably not stay here again.
