Connected to the Circle Center Mall and Indianapolis Convention Center via indoor skybridge walkway, this all-suites hotel is located in downtown Indianapolis and offers on-site dining, and contemporary guest rooms with free WiFi. Pros +

I liked that it had relatively easy access to the Courtyard and the JW Marriott for their restaurants and bars.
Convenient, clean, breakfast variety, good size room, separate toilet from shower room.
We were there for a Dance Convention and we were in walking distance. We were able to stay inside to walk there.

Cons -

The service was mediocre and one interaction was with a sarcastic staff member that was not appreciated.
Ice makers on floors 2 and 3 weren't working. Staff does NOT explain parking garage information well. It's very confusing and i over heard many customers ask clarifying questions that were not answered clearly.
We would have liked to have had a tub but everything else was Great!

Decent price

The Italian Restaurant they boast about and have signage up everywhere has been closed since November, had to go to other hotel to check in, room apparently hasn?t been dusted since 2020 from what I could tell.
