Close to downtown, easily accessible.
Was charged $55 for parking because I lost my ticket and they said they could not refund.

Excellent stay, would happily return. The only fault I could find is no soap pump at the hand basin (it is mounted to the wall in the tub area) and if that's your biggest problem - your week is going very, very well. Great TV coverage, strong wifi, fridge, very nice staff. The mini shop in the lobby is not ridiculously priced and useful - due to lack of local mini marts in all of Indianapolis downtown area. Very central location, walking to most venues is simple and quick. You certainly won't need a car or taxis etc.

The location was prime for sure. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would consider rebooking if I'm ever back in town.
The bathroom looked clean, but smelled a little funky when I first arrived. The smell slowly disappeared throughout my stay.

Good location
Charged an extra $45 to check in a few hours early. Even though my room was ready. Also, they charge an authorization of $250 which is almost the price of the room. It seems a little excessive for a courtyard Marriott. I would understand if it was a resort. Beds also felt old and were a little uncomfortable.

It was honestly a great experience. We were able to walk where we needed to go and be able to eat right there. The place was beautiful and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
It was definitely not the cheapest but it was definitely a great experience

The staff was phenomenal! They were kind, efficient, courteous, and welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect. We came to visit for the zoo, children's museum, canal walk and other touristy things. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance or a very short (5 to 8 minute) drive away. The hotel was spotless from lobby to room.
The price for parking was insane
