Pros +
- "Hot food" could have been warmer. There was a good selection of food however.
- Convenient location, decent breakfast
- We enjoy: the bed was very comfortable, the best breakfast ever, I could of stayed in the shower for hours, easy on and off to hotel.
Cons -
- There wasn't any air conditioning in the fitness center. When I asked for some help (a fan possibly??) the front desk attendant came in and looked at the portable air conditioner in the room; which wasn't working, and obviously points to the fact that the air conditioning being broken in there isn't a new problem.... Anyway, attendant did nothing to resolve the problem. The luggage carts are triangular, so of course when I tried to push it over the threshold it immediately tipped over causing everything to go flying across the floor. The fire alarm went off at 11:40 PM for no apparent reason. We were in a handicapped room, that had an elevated shower floor and a slope to the middle of the bathroom floor. This caused water to be EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. Very poorly designed!
- Toilet was sluggish. A little mold around the tub. Mistake on bill, but they quickly fixed.
- The road noise, so next time, I will ask for a room farther away from the highway.
