- The room and location were excellent.
- Loved the convenience of the hotel bc my daughter goes to college right down the road. Loved the easy check in/check out.Loved the helpfulness of the staff.

- The hotel charged more twice for the room still awaiting the reimbursement.
- The size of the beds and how horrible the pillows were, how cold the pool was,no complimentary breakfast, and the complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner were empty and there wasn't enough towels
