- Location, everyone went above and beyond great service. Felt very safe
- It was extremely Clean, beautiful and the room was very nice. The hotel lounge had the sweetest bartender.The location was great too. Good restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

- Shower. Water flow was so ridiculously reduced it was nearly impossible to shower.
- Located next to several bars & restaurants- could hear loud music in the room until 1:00 in the morning. No bathtub available- only shower. We reserved a King bed and were given 2 Queens. Took our toddler swimming in the pool but the water was quite cold
