Still waiting for my receipt, price was more than what stated on booking site. Wish restaurants were more allergy friendly

I got food poisoning from the Grill Cafe located in the casino.There were people serving and working with food that didn't have any experience and apparently wasn't sanitary. There were 15 people that had the same issue at the same time. Vomiting for 2 days until it got to point of passing out.I had to be taken to the Emergency Room- Hospital For dehydration. This was the worst experience I ever had at Derby City Classic.

In the very short stay and not able to experience the offered amenities, I truely enjoyed the comedy show, beautiful area, lively casino, exemplary service and comfortable room with a lovely view.

1. I am handicapped and was expecting some type of valet service. That should be brought back for those of us in need. 2. Wished there was a mini fridge in the room. I had medication that is best if refridgerated. It rested on ice and then in water. Worked, but dissappointed. 3. Was expecting the pool and hot tub to be operating. That should be listed on the website when you book the room.4. Would have loved to enjoy more of your amenities, but the room was so very expensice. $330+ dollars is a bit much to spend on one nights visit, yes I understand that there was a show happening, and I did choose to pay that price, but that is still a bit much to just sleep a few hours considering you want your visitors to spend their money in the casino.
