- Alway enjoy our stays here. Staff always trys to make sure we have everything we need and are comfortable like we are at home.
- The front desk guy I believe his name was Will was awesome!! He made our stay
- The front staff was kind and accommodating. The lobby was nice. The front desk staff, while short staffed came and cleaned the hair out of the hot tub for us so we could enjoy the pool area. Nice guy!!
Cons -
- Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. Soap residue on the counter and towel rack. Toothpaste splatter from previous guest still on the mirror and floor was dirty (especially the corners - they probably hadn¿t been clean for a while). Yuck!
- Front desk staff being rude to me for having legitimate complaints about being overcharged for rooms.
- The pool was a little chilly but the kids enjoyed it. I¿m not a member so we didn¿t have internet and that was a disappointment for the kids. Overall the visit was wonderful!
