- Bed is a little too firm for my liking but it was a place to sleep and not drive home in bad weather
- Bed was a little uncomfortable but that could just be me
- Room was so dark you could hardly see to read-need brighter lights, The toilet seat was loose, the room had a musty smell the towels were so rough they scratched my face

The location was good. The room was clean and had clean towels, shampoo and soap
There was no person in the lobby. Only a person on a computer screen. Someone spilled something in the hall after the cleaning staff left and there was no one but to see it. I would have to communicate the problem on a computer screen. That is not my job. Also there were some people hanging out in the parking lot. No person at the front desk to see this.
