Pros +
- I was able to cook breakfast and dinner in the room!
- I have nothing positive to say about this location, I had a horrible experience from check in to check out.
- Clean, kind and attentive staff. Huge rooms. Great amenities.
Cons -
- Room could be little bigger in the kitchen area!
- The staff was incredibly rude and had no real idea of what they had going on at all. Didn’t know shuttle operations, didn’t have any way of being helpful. Evrryone spoke with an attitude and refused to listen to what we needed
- The ACA room we had did not have a high toilet and for my 87 year old mom that was the only downside.

This is by far one of the best hotels i have stayed in. The location is amazing, the beds are comfortable and the staff are the best.
