- This hotel overbooked for the night in question. We were staying with other family using 1 car and at the same hotel so this was a huge inconvenience. I was left a message telling me I had to contact their sister hotel to get a room with the same rate. So you overbook and I have to fix it? Luckily I did, however the room smelled like cat pee and the sister hotel was dated and dirty. Had long term residents outside the door blocking the doors smoking. Just yuck. I will say Sarah from the sister hotel not this one was helpful in rebooking. Will never stay at one of these establishments again.
- Value is good, location is good, right across from a forest preserve and plenty of stores and restaurant nearby.

- Rooms are very basic and dated, some minor repair needed, kitchen is advertised fully equipped but there is nothing you have to bring everything
- Room key didn’t work, so we were afraid to leave the room when staff wasn’t available to let us back in. Room didn’t feel clean. It had a kitchenette but completely barren of any kitchen items (not even a plate). Ironing board but no iron. The room felt as though it was robbed of all of its items. Dog barking loudly for a long time during middle of the night.

I loved the location and how comfortable it was! The rooms were comfy and clean. I had a great stay there I felt very welcomed and accommodated.
My only criticism is we needed more towels but this is minor.
