- The staff was friendly.
- I loved just about everything about this hotel. The hotel looks amazing. The staffs was very nice & greeting. room was great, has a full frig & a cooler for wine etc. & microwave. The lounge area was the best of the best. The food they did have was great.
Cons -
- No AC. No working elevator
- The elevator in a 5 story was out of service and the stairs were only accessible grom the outdide
- The elevator did not work my entire stay at the hotel. I was told that it would be working by EOD during check in and it never was. I had to walk up and down several flights of stairs.
