The staff!! 5 stars!!

Cons -

We had staff walk into our room unannounced twice while we were in our room. As a woman traveling with our daughters, it was very upsetting and uncomfortable to have unknown men letting themselves into our room.
Loved everything
The door to the bathroom was very tricky.
